Fuyu Persimmons

The Fuyu Persimmons have taste notes of pears, dates, and brown sugar, which make them a wonderful seasonal gift for this time of year. As they ripe, they become sweeter as they soften. We recommend waiting until they are at peak ripe and softness and eat with a side of fresh creamy cheese and crackers.
