🌴 Manilkara zapota, commonly known as sapodilla, baby mamey, sapota, chikoo, chico, naseberry, or nispero is a long-lived, evergreen tree native to southern Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. The taste of the sapodilla is quite unique. It must be eaten when it is soft to the touch to ensure sweetness. The texture is similar to a pear, but with a sweet taste of brown sugar or seasonal fall pie flavors. It has taste notes of honey and cinnamon. Often used in smoothies, desserts, or eaten with a spoon.

🚛 Boxes ship every Monday and Wednesday. Time duration for your delivery depends on distance from San Francisco, California. Typically takes 2-3 days to deliver. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
