When will I receive my order?
In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we've set delivery days in place according to the city you reside in. View your city's delivery day here, your order will arrive depending on where you live and what day of the week you placed your order. Bay Area deliveries go out every day M-F. Sacramento, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills deliveries are made once a week on Friday & Saturdays.
At checkout, a message is coming up that says "we do not ship to your location in California" Why?
We are working on editing this message, but it may be coming for a few reasons.
1. Your order is under the $30.00 minimum, once it is above the $30.00 mark you should check out just fine.
2. Your local zip code is not added to the backend of the website, if you think this is the case please text 650 219 8797 with your zip code to confirm. Our representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. If you are a nationwide customer and try to add an individual product to your cart, you may not be allowed to checkout since the boxes are pre-selected and we want to ensure you don't order anything with the potential of perishing.
Can I fully customize my box?
If you are in the local delivery area, yes you have the option of fully customizing your box. Just add the individual products you desire to your cart, and they will arrive in a box. If you are looking at nationwide boxes, they are pre-selected by our farmers to insure the product will arrive in great condition. Is there an order minimum?
Yes there is $30.00 order minimum for local orders to ensure the packers, drivers, and our team is getting credited appropriately, rather than packing and delivering an order that is low in cost and value.
Is this a subscription based service?
At the moment, this is a one time purchase, so you do not have to worry about recurring charges. We will be working on creating a subscription based service if you are interested in receiving our weekly pre-selected boxes. Custom orders will always remain a one time purchase.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?

Where do you source your produce?
We allocate most of our produce from small, local, family farms in our area and throughout the state of California. Many of our greens come from California's Central Coast, and some come from Mexico. Depending on the product, we also source from tropical and global farmers as well. If you have a question about a specific product, and where it is grown please reach out via contact page, email, or text.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
If you create a custom box and an item is missing from your order it means it was sold out, not fresh enough, or unavailable at the time of your individual packaging. No need to worry, we are already on it and have everything tracked, you will receive a refund notification within 24-48 hours during the business week. Should you have any questions, feel free to call, text, or email. But we do please ask for your patience and wait at least 24 hours before calling and asking about the refund.
How fresh is your produce?
All of our produce comes directly from the farms to you. All products are stored at our warehouse, which is entirely refrigerated and well kept for high quality and freshness. Our owners have been in the produce industry for the past 20 years, needless to say, your products are in very good hands before they arrive to you.
Can I pick-up my order instead of having it delivered?
Due to COVID, want to ensure the health and safety for both our customers, and committed employees. We advise staying home, so you can get clean farm fresh produce without having to worry about how many people touched it at the grocery store.
