When will I receive my order after it is placed? 

You should receive your order within 1-2 business days depending on where you live and what day of the week you placed your order. Bay area deliveries go out every day M-F. Sacramento, Folsom, and El Dorado Hills deliveries are made once a week on Friday & Saturday's.   

Can I fully customize my box?

You can customize your box by the item with our partners www.surplusproduce.com. This business is specifically dedicated to saving you time, money, and trouble. All produce is sourced from the same distributor, but  instead of spending time looking at 400+ items, you can simply select a box that you are interested in and checkout within the minute. 

Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum, regardless if you select 1 box or 4 boxes, local shipping will always be 5.99. If you are interested in sending a box out of our delivery zone, personally contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you through a third-party delivery service. Keep in mind that shipping prices vary based on size and weight of the box.  

Is this a subscription based service?

This is a one time purchase, so you do not have to worry about recurring charges. We will be working on creating a subscription based service if you are interested in receiving our weekly box. 

What happens if there is an issue with my order?

Don't worry, we got your back. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We have a freshness guarantee that we stand behind. If something in your order doesn't look right, email or text us with your name, order number, and concern. info@thefarmersonwheels.com or (650) 219 - 8797. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours maximum. 

Where do you source your produce?

Most of our produce comes from small family farms in California's Central Valley. Many of our greens come from California's Central Coast, and some come from Mexico. 

What happens if an item in my box is unavailable when I place my order?

No need to worry, you will always get the amount of produce you paid for. The item will either be replaced with something similar and just as delicious, or you may get a little more of everything in the box. It all depends on what produce we have in stock.  

How fresh is your produce?

All of our produce comes directly from the farms to you. All products are stored at our warehouse, which is entirely refrigerated and well kept. Our owners have been in the produce industry for the past 20 years. Needless to stay, your products are in good hands.  

Can I pick-up my order instead of having it delivered?  

Due to COVID, want to ensure the health and safety for both our customers, and committed employees. We advise staying home, so you can get clean farm fresh produce without having to worry about how many people touched it at the grocery store.

We deliver to the greater bay area, Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, and Folsom areas. Check your zip code on our website to confirm our delivery areas.
