SHIPPING POLICY

GREATER BAY AERA :  In efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we created a delivery scheduled based on local cities we provide flat rate delivery services to. Orders are packed fresh the morning of the scheduled delivery day. Please visit our delivery schedule here. We recommend placing your order the day prior to your desired delivery day by at least 7pm. For example, if your city's delivery day is Monday or Friday, place your order by Sunday or Thursday night by at least 7pm. All local deliveries are serviced through The Farmers on Wheels LLC, we do not use a third party shipping service provider for cities within our local area. 
ANYWHERE IN THE U.S: We offer free nationwide shipping on selected boxes
Orders are dropped off at our third party shipment facility on Mondays and Wednesdays. It typically takes 2-3 business days to receive delivery, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. 

REFUND POLICY

Freshness Guaranteed: We have a 24 hour freshness guarantee on all produce items. You may request a refund for an item that you do not believe is fresh within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email info@thefarmersonwheels.com with your order number, item in question, and a photo attached. The items you receive in your order are perishable items and need to be stored properly. We are not responsible for your items after 24 hours of your delivery. If you do summit an item to be refunded after 24 hours of your delivery we will take each item into question, and possibly offer you a 50% depending on the specific item you are requesting. We are required to have this policy in action due to the exchange and selling of perishable items. 

Missing Items: If there are missing items in your order, it is due to limited availability and freshness. We offer our produce according to seasonal availability and in-stock freshness. We restock our warehouse every day, so it is possible that at the time of your packaging, we ran out of the item you ordered. You are always entitled to receive a refund for your missing items. Our packaging team takes note of what is, and what is not in your order. Allow 24 hours for our team to communicate with our customer service representative, and they will automatically process your refund accordingly. In the case it is not refunded within 24 hours, it may take up to 72 hours to see it reflected on your account. You can always contact our customer service team if you think they may have missed your refund, or need to have it expedited. They will always refund your missing items for you.
