SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders within 1-3 business days for all orders placed in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. All other orders placed in Sacramento, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and Cameron Park area will be delivered once a week typically on Friday or Saturday mornings. All deliveries are serviced through The Farmers on Wheels LLC, we do not use a third party shipping service provider. *ORDERS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO SHORT STAFF AND SURPLUS OF ORDERS. EVERY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED ACCORDING TO ZIP CODE* You may contact customer service for updates on your order, but please expect delays until mid January.

REFUND POLICY

Freshness Guaranteed: We have a 24 hour freshness guarantee on all produce items. You may request a refund for an item that you do not believe is fresh within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email info@thefarmersonwheels.com with your order number, item in question, and a photo attached. The items you receive in your order are perishable items and need to be stored properly. We are not responsible for your items after 24 hours of your delivery. If you do summit an item to be refunded after 24 hours of your delivery we will take each item into question, and possibly offer you a 50% depending on the specific item you are requesting. We are required to have this policy in action due to the exchange and selling of perishable items. 

Missing Items: If there are missing items in your order, it is due to limited availability and freshness. We offer our produce according to seasonal availability and in-stock freshness. We restock our warehouse every day, so it is possible that at the time of your packaging, we ran out of the item you ordered. You are always entitled to receive a refund for your missing items. Our packaging team takes note of what is, and what is not in your order. Allow 24 hours for our team to communicate with our customer service representative, and they will process your refund accordingly. In the case it is not refunded within 24 hours, it may take up to 72 hours to see it reflected on your account. You can always contact our customer service team if you think they may have missed your refund, or need to have it expedited. They will always refund your missing items for you.
