Refund policy
Freshness Guaranteed: We have a 24 hour freshness guarantee on all produce items delivered to you. You may request a refund for an item that you do not believe is fresh within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email info@thefarmersonwheels.com with your order number, item in question, and a photo attached for reference.
The items you receive are perishable items and need to be stored properly. We are not responsible for your items after 24 hours of your delivery. If you do summit an item to be refunded after 24 hours of your delivery we will take each item into question, and possibly offer you a 50% depending on the specific item you are requesting. We are required to have this policy in action due to the exchange and selling of perishable items. All items are properly stored in a commercial refrigerated warehouse, and shipped in a refrigerated van upon arrival.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), but refunds are processed after the communication with the customer inquiry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the item you have, and once the message is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item, or (if situation permits) we will send you the new and correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
