5 Easy Breakfast Ideas That Will Fuel You For The Day

When you wake up to face the day you want to eat a healthy breakfast that will give you energy throughout your morning. Finding the best options for you and still having variety is the key. Eating a protein bar for breakfast every single day can get pretty boring. Eating a good meal for breakfast doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice how healthy it is. 

Making sure you have a good breakfast that will sustain you prevents you from getting hungry too soon and incessantly snacking later on. You're less likely to overeat if you aren't feeling ravenous before your meal. There are many delicious breakfast options that contain proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. These help keep you feeling full and maintain your energy all morning long.

A couple of slices of turkey bacon or low-fat cheese would make a tasty omelet. Adding black beans and chickpeas also makes eggs a healthy, filling option.

It's proven to lower blood sugar and reduce the risk of heart disease. Oatmeal helps you feel full and digests slowly. Oatmeal with a banana or cut up strawberries is a delicious choice. Baked oats are the easiest way to go if you have a long day ahead, just put one cup of oats, and one cup of nut milk in a cup, and leave it in the fridge overnight. When you wake up in the morning, your oats will have absorbed the milk making it like a pudding, which you can garnish with anything you’d like. You can also blend a cup of oats in a blender with your choice of nut milk, a splash of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a dash of cinnamon to make a batter-like texture. Spray an oven safe bowl with some oil, pour your oat batter into the bowl, and add your toppings of choice.
